Perfume

So one of my favorite things to 'collect' is perfume. I love smelling good, obviously, but I also love having a range of scents to choose from. I mostly favor floral scents. ;-) lol!  For Christmas my parents got me a gift card to Sephora. After much deliberation on what to get, I decided to go with a perfume. I had a few options to choose from from when I did my Black Friday shopping so I decided to choose from there. Not only did I get that but I also was able to choose 3 samples & then a delux sample because of a Valentine Day special. =]  Here's what I got.

Jeffrey Campbell

I am in love with Jeffrey Campbell shoes.  If only I had more money and I would be buying so many pairs. Le sigh.

These babies are called Everest.  The store that I got my Litas from had them but unfortunately they sold out of these in my size. :-(  But they just announced they are getting more in at the end of the month! Needless to say, I will be obsessively checking their site so that I can get a pair in my size.  Thank God they are getting restocked after Christmas so I can put any money I get towards these. I'm so excited!  Believe me it was difficult to choose between these or the Foxy. oy vey

Party!

Last Friday night I went out with some friends in town to celebrate another friend's birthday. A good time was had by all.

This was my outfit for the night. Unfortunately the shoes didn't last long. As amazing as they are 5 inch heals & 2 inch platforms don't mix with alcohol and big bar crowds.

Black Friday shopping

Kind of late but better than never. I did a little bit of shopping on Black Friday.

Perfume from Sephora. Burberry Brit Sheer is my new favorite scent. Smells so good! The blue one is a sample and then there is also a free lip gloss sample that I got with my points. :-)

Free samples from Victoria's Secret. It's a sample of the new Angels perfume, the Bombshell perfume, some makeup, and lotion.  Also their card for a certain amount off.

The free tote bag that I got from Victoria's Secret for spending $65 or over on my purchase, which I won't be sharing on here. ;-)  Nothing racy but still.

I can't even begin to describe just how packed the mall was that day. I swear everyone and their mother was out that day and for good reason.  All the stores were having super good sales.  I'm sure our economy got a nice little bump from that day. ;-)

Fall

Over the years I've come to appreciate fall.  Beautiful temps and scenery. Trips to the cider mill and of course the fall drinks from Starbucks. ;-)  Living here it gets cool in the fall and then quite cold in the winter so I always try to find nice sweaters and outwear.

This is perhaps my favorite sweater that I got years ago at American Eagle. It is super comfy and warm.

Finding steals

I always love finding a great steal. I love the black wedge booties that Rick Owens did. I'm not much of a fan of the price. hahaha! But lo and behold I found a great replacement at DSW.

These are R2 Bauer wedge booties. They are two toned, man made leather like material and suade. The ankle is a bit big, a common problem, so it looks a bit off when wearing it shorts or a skirt or a dress.
